Vista del Mar brings the registered overnight group into one whole home with six bedrooms plus a loft, seven bathrooms, a private second-floor pool, direct beach access, an open living, kitchen, and dining level, covered outdoor dining, balconies, a game room, and parking for up to six vehicles.
For a wedding weekend, that can mean arriving together, getting ready without separating into hotel rooms, sharing ordinary stay time at the house, and waking up near the Gulf. It does not mean a standard stay includes a ceremony, reception, expanded visitor list, vendor access, or event setup.

A beach ceremony is reviewed case by case and requires the applicable Indian Shores permit. The beach remains open to the public, so other visitors may be nearby. Peak dates and hours can be busier; Simple Weddings can help choose a less-congested ceremony time, but exclusive beach use cannot be guaranteed.

For a permitted beach ceremony, Simple Weddings can prepare and file the paperwork and obtain the required permit from the applicable local authority. They can also help select a ceremony time with lower expected beach traffic; because this is a public beach, privacy and exclusive use cannot be guaranteed.

If a hurricane threatens the area and materially affects the stay, contact us so we can work with you on alternate dates, subject to availability and the signed terms. Vendors, Music, Alcohol & Setup
Include every vendor, delivery, rental, decoration, DJ, amplified sound source, alcohol plan, tent, chair, arch, and equipment item in the review. Outdoor noise ends by 10 PM; stricter written conditions may apply.
Accessibility & Mobility

Can we hold a ceremony on the beach or a reception at the beach?
A beach ceremony may be approved on a case-by-case basis after we approve the plan and the required Indian Shores permit is obtained. The beach is public, so other people may be nearby, especially during peak dates and hours. Simple Weddings can help select a less-congested ceremony time, but privacy cannot be guaranteed. Indian Shores prohibits receptions or similar events on the public beach, so the reception must follow the approved on-property or off-site plan.
Do we need a permit?
Yes. A ceremony on the public beach requires the applicable local permit. Our preferred vendor, Simple Weddings, can prepare and file the paperwork and obtain the permit from the local authority; the permit cost is added separately to the vendor invoice. Golden Coast Rentals’ written event approval is also required before you make commitments.
Can we bring vendors, rentals, music, alcohol, or decorations?
Include every provider, delivery, decoration, DJ, amplified sound source, tent, rental, equipment item, and alcohol plan in the event-fit request. Do not schedule or pay a provider on the assumption that the property or beach use has been approved.
